Auspost Parcel Post

Most Ceramicraft orders are shipped using Auspost parcel post. In the Perth Metropolitan area, parcels less than 20kg and within Australia post parcel dimensions are shipped at a cost of Approximately $10 per parcel.

Ceramicraft also has access to very competitive parcel rates interstate.

We will pack your goods and find the most reasonable freight quote from a reliable freight company or Australia Post. We will then confirm this freight cost with you prior to shipping. Goods will be held for a maximum of five days once we have advised the freight cost.


For large or bulky orders, Ceramicraft will quote road freight for delivery to either the nearest depot to the customer OR direct to their door. Customers are also welcome to source their own freight.

Order Collection

Ceramicraft is a warehousing facility and we are unable to offer a counter sales service. All products are listed on our website and are updated regularly. Orders are made available for collection from Bibra Lake WA, customers will be contacted once orders are ready.

Damaged Goods

Ceramicraft products are packed to arrive in good condition. All reasonable care is taken to ensure goods arrive in a condition expected by the customer. Ceramicraft utilises the freight services of third party providers such as Australia Post and Road Freight Carriers

If there is obvious damage upon arrival from the carrier, the customer is responsible for

a)     Inspecting goods upon receipt

b)     noting damage in writing on carrier’s paperwork  (non Auspost deliveries)

c)     Photographing any damage

d)     immediately contacting the supplier  to file a damage claim

e)     providing photographs of the damaged item/s and packaging along with Invoice number, item numbers and quantities within 7 days of receipt of delivery

Please note that photo documentation of all damaged items is required prior to issuing credit for damage. Claims for multiple items MUST be accompanied by individual photos OR an image of all pieces in one file. Approved credit values will be applied to a customers account for future use.

Change of Mind

You are welcome to return goods within 7 days of invoice. A product only credit/refund will be provided if the item is unopened and in its original packaging. A 20% re-stocking fee will apply
